Sereact
Foundation model · DE
Stuttgart robot-brain company: Cortex, a hardware-agnostic VLA + world model retrofitted onto existing warehouse and factory robots.
Sereact builds the 'robotic brain' — Cortex, a robot-agnostic vision-language-action model plus world model that lets industrial and warehouse robots handle tasks they were never explicitly programmed for. Operators state a task in natural language and the robot executes it without new code. Cortex 2.0 generates candidate future trajectories, scores them against a learned model of physics and object behaviour, and commits only to the best branch before moving — 'plan-and-try' rather than reactive retry. The same brain runs single-arm picking cells, dual-arm returns stations, humanoid robots and fixed cells; Sereact does not build robots or sell services. Sereact Lens adds 3D perception for inventory and quality control.

Evidence boundary
Original analysis and independent corroboration remain under development. Commercial scale and durable technical advantage remain under review.
What makes it defensible
A closed data loop across 200+ production systems and 1B+ real picks: every pick retrains one centralised model, a data moat lab-only competitors cannot buy.
Position in the stack: Software layer that retrofits intelligence onto the installed base of industrial arms and AMRs — it monetises existing hardware, so adoption does not require a new robot fleet.
