Two-phase direct-to-chip liquid cooling (NeuCool) for AI data centers; waterless, 4,500W+ per socket.

Accelsius builds two-phase, direct-to-chip (2P D2C) liquid cooling for AI and high-performance computing data centers. Its NeuCool platform uses a dielectric refrigerant that boils on the chip and condenses in a closed loop, cooling 4,500W+ per socket without water — the company claims zero water use, ~80% lower CO2, and 50% energy savings versus alternatives, with 8-17% total cost-of-ownership savings. Products include the NeuCool IR150 CDU, now generally available, plus a HyperStart deployment program. Accelsius was formed in 2022 by Innventure and is deploying at scale, including at an EdgeConneX training center and a 300MW DarkNX AI campus in Ontario.
