Application-layer service software for post-deployment fleets: diagnostic copilot, technician knowledge capture, and maintenance workflow automation, configured per customer by forward-deployed engineers. Sits on top of robot/equipment telemetry and alongside (not replacing) FSM, CMMS, and ERP systems of record. · United States
Agentic field-operations software that keeps commercial robot and autonomous-machine fleets running: diagnose faults, fix remotely, and arm field technicians with the right context.
A specialized industrial field-service AI platform (the 'Motherboard' copilot) configured per fleet. It ingests manufacturer service manuals, wiring diagrams, error-code references, asset records, telemetry, prior work orders, company SOPs, and technician notes, then guides a technician or remote operator from symptom to likely cause, records what was checked and ruled out, and converts the closed session into job notes, handoff summaries, estimate inputs, parts follow-up, and field reports. A forward-deployed engineering (FDE) team builds the deployment-specific workflows and integrations and sets approval/escalation boundaries so safety-critical judgment stays with qualified people. Customer data and proprietary procedures remain customer-owned; the product is positioned as complementary to FSM/CMMS/ERP systems of record (ServiceTitan, BuildOps, ServiceTrade, XOi, ERP, CRM, CMMS).

Evidence boundary
Original analysis and independent corroboration remain under development. Commercial scale and durable technical advantage remain under review.
What makes it defensible
Uptime, not hardware capability, is the binding constraint on scaling autonomous fleets: as fleets go from tens to thousands of units, failures multiply, service knowledge and senior-technician expertise do not scale, and ad-hoc tribal knowledge plus manual escalation chains drive downtime. The company argues aftermarket service is where the largest market forms in every new hardware category.
Position in the stack: Post-deployment aftermarket service layer for physical-AI fleets: downstream of robot/equipment OEMs and autonomy stacks, upstream of the FSM/CMMS systems of record, monetizing the operating lifetime of machines rather than the build.
