InOrbit.AI
Fleet services
Enterprise robot orchestration (RobOps) software: one control plane for heterogeneous robot fleets plus fixed infrastructure.
InOrbit.AI sells robot orchestration software it markets as Space Intelligence - a control plane that connects robots from multiple vendors with the customer's WMS, MES, ERP, cameras, doors and other IoT, so one operator can dispatch, monitor and coordinate a mixed fleet across sites. Functions include fleet management, mission and queue orchestration, spatial intelligence, incident triage and analytics on robot operations. The company also released OpenRobOps, an open-source robot operations and fleet management stack it describes as the first ISO 21423 reference implementation, which lowers the build barrier for robotics developers. Deployments span manufacturing, logistics, retail and hospitality on four continents. Revenue model is enterprise software subscription; the Series A closed in September 2025.

Evidence boundary
Original analysis and independent corroboration remain under development. Commercial scale and durable technical advantage remain under review.
What makes it defensible
Vendor-neutral orchestration: it is the layer that speaks every robot OEM's API and the customer's WMS/MES at once, so its value rises with fleet heterogeneity - a single-OEM fleet manager structurally cannot run a mixed floor.
Position in the stack: Software layer above the robot OEMs and below enterprise IT: it turns business intent into robot missions and returns telemetry and incident data. Hard to copy because it needs deep multi-vendor integration plus site-specific operating data, and the open-source OpenRobOps release seeds an interoperability standard the company authored - a distribution moat rather than a feature moat.
