FAIRINO (FAIR Innovation)
Integrator / OEM · CN
Suzhou cobot maker that builds its own harmonic reducers, servos and controllers, now also supplying humanoid joint modules.
FAIRINO makes 6-axis collaborative robot arms across a 3–35 kg payload range in the FR series, with welding (WM) and commercial (C) variants, and sells them as complete application packages — welding, palletizing, pick-and-place, disordered sorting and conveyor tracking — on its own control software and AIRLab embodied-intelligence platform. Unusually for a cobot vendor, it builds the bill of materials in-house: harmonic reducers, servo motors and drives, brakes, encoders and the controller, roughly 70% of cobot cost, which is why it can push arm prices to the RMB 10,000 level. It sells through 50+ overseas sales points and three service centres into automotive, 3C electronics, logistics, food and beverage, and healthcare, and is positioning as a Tier-1 joint-module supplier to humanoid makers.

Evidence boundary
Original analysis and independent corroboration remain under development. Commercial scale and durable technical advantage remain under review.
What makes it defensible
Vertical integration of the costliest cobot components — harmonic reducer, servo motor, drive, controller — which supports both price leadership and the humanoid joint-module business.
Position in the stack: Integrator/OEM in cobots moving down into component supply for humanoids: the position is hard to copy because reducer and servo know-how was built over a decade of high-volume industrial service rather than licensed.
