Druid Software
Component
Irish supplier of the Raemis 4G/5G core software that enterprise, utility and public-safety private networks run on.
Druid Software supplies the cellular core that private 4G and 5G networks run on. Its Raemis platform is a 3GPP-compliant core — 5G standalone, non-standalone and 4G/LTE — built for enterprise critical communications rather than carrier-scale consumer traffic, and licensed to system integrators, carriers and enterprises that want their own network for factories, ports, utilities, public safety and IoT. Raemis runs in private networks with many of the top global energy providers, and in July 2026 Druid acquired the team and IP of Munich-based Node-H to add RAN and user-equipment software. The company is Irish and has operated in this market since 2000.

Evidence boundary
Original analysis and independent corroboration remain under development. Commercial scale and durable technical advantage remain under review.
What makes it defensible
A 3GPP-compliant core tuned for enterprise critical communications with two decades of interoperability and deployment work behind it — an integration moat, not a feature moat.
Position in the stack: Core-network software layer: every private 5G cell needs a core, and Druid sits at that chokepoint supplying integrators and carriers rather than end users.
